HSBC is a company that reassures you of the safety, overdraft protection of their money, HOWEVER, what they fail to tell you is the sales credit line of money that you have. Most banks such as citi or bank of america will take money from your savings account and transfer it to use through your credit. NOT HSBC! They will take your money you owe from savings, put it in another credit line and charge interest overdraft!!! Oh yeah? Did i mention that the representative on the phone could barely explain the situation and had no idea whatsoever what she was talking about, i'm pretty sure in today's economy we have actual citizens well enough trained and qualified for this job. This bank is a complete joke and ripoff. Never use HSBC they trick you into taking your money and rob you of your account. Most of the positive ratings are HSBC members trying to make sure that their account has better ratings when real customer's opinions get over looked. Do not over look this one. I owe over $2000 because of their uniformed employees. Good luck to your choice on banks and remember, HSBC is a SCAM.
