I ordered a wig for my 13 yo grand daughter whom has Alopecia Totalis, on 9/19. I was told to expect delivery with 7-10 days. 15 days later I called to get the status of order 091911-2. I was told we should get the wig on 10/3. On 10/3, approx. 6:00pm est. I called to get the status of the order again. I was told the wig was shipped to the wrong zip code and returned to them. How can you ship a item from NV to MA and then back to NV during the weekend. It cannot be done!!! It will sit until the carrier contacts the origin of shipment to determine what to do next. I believe that I've been lied to. But, after calling again asking about the order 091911-2, this rude individual hangs the phone up me. I called back right away only to be hung up again. I went to my e-mail and found a message from Ace Wigs - "ORDERED CANCELLED" No refund will be given only a store credit after they deduct either $25.00 or 50% of the cost of the original order. Why would I want a store credit? Just send the wig as promised when I hit the ok button on the date of purchase. I 'm disappointed and my grand daughter has to wait until I can afford to get enough money saved to get a wig.
