No voucher received, although money has gone to you out of my account. I have emailed 3 times about this. There was an answer to the first email, but no response since. I now want my money back (£29.00) as soon as possible. Please have the basic courtesy to reply and the professionalism to sort this out quickly. It has already been a month since this happened.
