Due to sever hair loss, I ordered a wig from Pink Lace Wigs. I ordered the unit on the date given and I paid $345.99 which included next day shipping. The clerk informed me unit was in stock after I gave her credit card information, I recieved an e-mail stating I would not get the wig for 45 days or less because it was out of stock! I decided to wait for the wig because I thought this was an honest company even though she had lied to me. Today is August 1. I have not recieved the product I ordered or my money back. I have called and sent messages through their chat line. Order was cancelled by me on July 20. I paid for the unit with my social security money. I am on a fixed income and this business refuses to return the $345.99 I so foolishly paid them. I need help so bad.
