The Original Website Ace Wigs sent the wrong product to me and will not exchange it for another or refund my money. Ripoff

I order a wig from Ace Wigs with a man named Mr. Kim on 5/7/07 i recieved it a week after i ordered it. Then i recieved the package i open it up exited to see what was inside, just to find out that it was not the wig i wanted. I gave ace wigs Mr. KIm, a call and told him that the wig you sent cannot be the wig i ordered, then he stated what do you want me to do. (I said replace it of cousre!!!).

He said ok just send it back to me and i'll take a look at to see infact that it is the wrong wig indeed. I asked him how do you want me to send it, (He replyed return to sender.) He stated that it must have been the company Ace Wigs get there wigs from. I said ok i'll do that so i did that next day, i gave the package to the mail carrier myself. Two weeks go by no calls from Ace Wigs or Mr. Kim, so i call Ace wigs Mr. Kim anwsers. I had ask him if he recieved my package yet, he said yes thats the wrong wig then he saids hold on i need to check that order. He come back and saids that its not here must be lost in the mail. So he said call back in about 3 days to see if it there well i did still not there then i ask him for the tracking number he said i need to get it myself so when i get it today ill call you back with it i didnt hear from him for 3 more days finally i called him and the us postal services here where i live to track it i had to tell him i was going call a attorney for him to give it to me. He gives it to me but the poatsl services here said it was not a us postal tracking number so i call mr kim back back at ace wigs he said i just tracked it it was in route to ace wigs he said give it another day so i did then the package came back to me. The postal person said it was refused do to it was opened and sent back (that i had to pay shipping and handling again to send it back) so i called mr kim at ace wigs he said yes you have to pay to send it. Back so if he knew i had to pay for it why not tell so i finally send it back to find out thier is no return policy just a replacement policy but he well not even exchange it saids that its the right wigs unless it was the worng one and he cut it make it look like the one i ordered and sent it back to me. Needless to say i got the wrong wig, was lied to on more then three ocassions, paid or shipping twice, now i cant even get another wig then the one that they want me to have i filed a complaint with the bettere bussiness bearu, and going to with n v s ace wigs is not a part of the BBB from the experince i had with this company i will never buy another thing from ace wigs i advise whom ever reads this investigate before you buy anything anywhere
