On September 22,2008, I placed an order with JDC Wigs for a "12" instock wigg".
My husband paid a total of $359.87 using his credit card. The wig was supposed to arrive after two days once approved by the credit card company. I checked the order status once I found out that it was indeed approved and processed by his credit card company.in checking with the JDC Wigs website, the order status says "processing shipment", and still says that to this date, when in fact, I should have received it by now - I should have received in back in October, but certainly by now!
I have attempted to contact JDC Wigs by phone, but of course that number is a non-working number now. I've emailed the website numerous times, but have never gotten a response.
The credit card company can't do anything because it was not an unauthorized transaction. I am very ticked off with JDC Wigs. I have dealt with them in the past, and never encountered a problem, so I figured everything was on the "up and up."
ALL I want is for JDC Wigs to deliver what I paid for, nothing else. I would be completely satisfied. I shutter to think about something like this happening to someone less fortunate than I, especiallya cancer patient, etc. Shame on JDC Wigs. They ought to be ashamed on themselves - May God have mercy on them!!!
