First, Wells Fargo will reimburse me because I filed a claim with them today. On/about 8/26 I looked at several websites attempting to find a company that will help defray the high cost of prison phone calls. My son just went in for 4 mos. The sites offered similar fees that resulted in lower phone costs because the caller would become "local". I had the choice of $14.95 / mo slightly less for 3 mos I took 3 months, paid $19.95 to expedite service & then an initiation fee of some sort, totaling $79.80. Though I found the site online I wound up calling & the woman who helped me said she'd call tomorrow to confirm that I had valid phone # & credit & also that connection was made. No call I called & was told I'd get a return within 4 hrs. No call. This repeated 3 more days. None of the several phone numbers is answered live. I sent an email twice and have received no response. When I click on Cancel I get an URL message error something. I'm soooo angry. The bank will followup.
