Like everyone else, we were looking for a cheaper way of communicating with someone in prison. Prison Call seemed to offer a viable option. WRONG! My son tried to use the service four times and every time he called, we were immediately disconnected as soon as we answered. Called and asked for a refund but was told that they do not issue refunds because they have to purchase these numbers from a cell provider in advance and they can't get their money back either. Hogwash!
