Prison Call Solutions, Inmate Call Solutions and Jail Call Solutions are the same company. The Better Business Bureau rated them "F". They had 19 complaints that actually reported the company. Their advertisement is not clear. They automatically ask for different payment plans and in fine print it says "No refund", if you signed up for example for 3 months and you only needed the service for 2 months... You are going to be billed for the full 3 months. If you want to make a complaint or if you want to cancel your service; you have to send an email. There is no customer service department!!! This company is a total SCAM and they feed off people who has family either in prison or jail. It's bad enough that our loved ones are incarcerated but to make matters worse is have our hopes up thinking we could save money by signing up with this FAKE long distance solution company only to be scammed.
