They advertised that they would lower my phone bill for calling my friend in prison by using a local number. They did not tell me that the prison does not allow the prisoner to call a number other than my own. When I learned this I called immediately to cancel and was told only $61 of the $93 I was charged to sign up would be refunded to me. A banner on the home page of their website says "Cancel Anytime!"
