I was looking for a service that could use that would allow my daughter to be able to call us collect. I have a vonage line and cell phone, no land line. I decided to try them for 3 months. Once I signed up, I realize that it was not what it seem but decided to make the best of it. Then I found out that I also needed GTL. PCS gave me a local number for the area of the prison right away and then connected me to GTL (I was told to tell them it was my home number and that I had AT&T). I smelled a rat but did as I was told. GTL told me I would need to fax them a current bill with my name on it. Well, of course I didn't have one so I called Prison Call Solutions and the said they would provide one for me. That's when I decided that I was not going to have anything else to do with them and I wanted to cancel. They told me I couldn't do that. This was just 2 1/2 hours after signing up with them. At the same time I notified my credit card company and they (Wells Fargo) said I had to file a claim which I plan to. I wish I had seen this site before I signed up. I have some e-mails and calls from them that I saved. Every few days they call and say I need to speak to them to cancel but I'm not able to get a hold of them. They are just trying to delay it so they can charge me something.
