I signed up for the with Prison Call Solutions. I wasn't aware that you couldn't directly dial a live voice. You can only email or leave a phone message. Well I signed up for the 6 month plan costing $113.90.. I used my credit card to pay. I activated my account as told and they gave me a local number my son could call. The prison facility only uses Global Tel Link at the facility my son is at. I didn't know that. Prison Call Solutions advertised they were affiliated with Global Tel Link. After calling Global Tel Link I was informed that the company is affiliated no other companies that provide phone service to inmates that incarcerated. I called Prison Call Solutions back and informed them of what I had been told by GTL. I was told by PCS to get GTL to change my phone number so I could start making calls. For me do it that way I would have pay GTL and PCS. I told PCS I wanted a full refund since I never got a chance to use the service. They have called me once and I haven't heard from anyone since. Prison Call Solution is committing fraudulant activities and it should be stopped immediately and the all monies should be refunded.
