Heat Pump compressor went on my Kenmore. Still had warranty. Technician came June 21 charged me $123.66, left. On July 7 another technician came to replace compressor. Didn't have all the parts, left. On July20 another technician called to say he couldn't come to fix it because the part didn't come in. We haven't had air condition in my townhouse for two months. Today, July 22 the temperature in the Annapolis area, Maryland, is suppose to hit over 100 degrees. We are talking about Sears. Countless phone, no results. I am 74 my wife 66 and in poor health. As of this day nothing.
