Repairman Never Showed After Seven and a Half Hours of Waiting

I waited 7 1/2 hours for a repairman, that never showed up. Your service desk at first told me that he was running late, then that he would be here in 30 minutes, then that the service request had been removed. The earliest they could reschedule me after all this, is May 3rd.
