I called Sears for a repair. The earliest appt I could get was 1 1/2 weeks away. I had a 8-12 noon appt and no one showed or called. Sears called 40 minutes AFTER my 4 HOUR APPT. Thanks for wasting my time! Can I charge Sears a $75 fee for pretending they might actually show up and wasting my time. ($75 is charge to step in the door.)
