Washing machine repairs - Kenmore Elite

My washing machine broke in September. We phoned Sears and they sent a repair man out. He couldn't fix it, ordered parts. He replaced parts the first time. A short time later, it broke. We called sears, they came out. Ordered parts. Fixed it... A short time later it broke. Called Sears, man has yet to come out. The main problem is the lack of "timely manner" they report and they say they will be here from 8:00 am to 12:00pm. This has NEVER happened. My husband has missed work on three separate occasions. Once he stayed home all day and the repair man never showed. We have been promised dates and again a no show. Sometimes they say he was overbooked, running late, family problems, etc. There is always something. We are so frustrated with the repair department and Talisha (head of the department) ID number 251142. To sum it up, I have been without a washer for almost three months, and approximately six visits later, 8 no shows or excuses, I still have no washer. Parts have been sitting on my washer for the last month waiting for a repair man. What do we do next?
