We bought a Kenmore Bottom-Mount Refrigerator on 5-8-09 and I started going bad in April. A Blue Crew Serviceman came out and said the refrigerator needed a circulating motor.
We waited over a week for that part to come and for the repairman to come back to install the part. But the circulating motor did not solve the problem. The freezer began to fill with

Frost again and the refrigerator was too warm. Another Blue Crew serviceman came and said we needed a spacer on the

Freezer door. We got that part in one day. But it was 4 days later when another serviseman came to tell us that

That was the wrong part and he ordered
another part, a grummet. That was

9 days ago and still no part and no repairman. We have not had a working refrigerator or freezor now for about 18 days and can't get and explanation

When we will get our refrigerator will
be repaired. I can't believe Sears is still in business today with this kind
of service. What happened to the old Sears we used to have? This is
