Kenmore Elite refrigerator not working - Kenmore Elite

Re: Sears Kenmore Elite Refrigerator. Called Sears Tuesday 5/7 and explained that my refrigerator was not working %u2013 I was told that they couldn't get a serviceman out until Friday - After evaluating the problem, the serviceman said it was the "mother board" and another circuit board and that they would have to be replaced, but they would have to order the parts and the parts wouldn't be in until the 15th. Monday, the 14th I got a call (recording) telling me to call a number. I called and was put on hold. I finally talked to a person and went through the same info I gave them last Tuesday, then was told the part had to come from an alternate supplier and would take 5 to 7 days and it would come to my house and I was to call them to set up an appointment to have it installed. On Tuesday, the 14th the parts came to our house and I called the scheduling number again and was told I couldn%u2019t have a serviceman before the 20th. The billing slip I received from the serviceman stated that service would be schedule for 5/15 between 1pm and5pm. My question was, why would Sears order the parts to be shipped overnight and then make me wait a week to have them installed? Actions speak so much louder than words and it is obvious to me that ther is a serious communication problem within Sears or customer service and repeat business is not important to Sears.
