I have a Sears refrigerator side by side. I have a Sears warranty on the refrigerator. I have been having trouble with this refrigerator for two years. This time the refrigerator is defrosting and a inside of the wall is hot to touch. Sears told me that they cannot come out for 4 days. They told me I should call 911.
