Non working new refrigerator - Kenmore bottom freeze

Last weekend my refrigerator registered 60 degrees in the top and probably 30 below in the freezer. A repairman was sent out and the first thing he said to me was - this is not good. After futzing around for an hour or so he called customer service and told them that I wanted a new refrigerator. They then called me and told me that my 60 day warranty was up the week before if I had just called then. OH gee, if I HAD KNOWN the week before that it was going to stop working... How rude is that? She told me the I could have returned it if I had the original packaging... For a refrigerator? And by the way, Sears "professional" installers delivered it and took the packaging. The repairman thought he fixed it after removing a backing and litterally cutting away a section. He then said he was ordering a part, when it arrived I should hold onto it in case I had more problems.By next morning the refrigerator was at 50 degrees. So now I've lost two grocery orders. I called, they said a part had been ordered and I had to wait for it to arrive. BUT he thought he fixed it. Doesn't matter. I asked to speak to a supervisor, my supervisor can't tell you anything I'm not telling you. The part arrived late on Friday. On monday I called the repairman (he told me to) he didn't return my call. I called Sears, they sent another repairman out. He replaced the part, put in a new fan, and took the back off the freezer, again! And replaced part of it with aluminum tape. Told me to not give up - demand a new refrigerator. Today - it's 70 degrees inside, another load of food gone. This time they're telling me it's a judgement call as to whether or not replace the refrigerator. I asked who's judgement? Well I haven't had enough calls in (three in two weeks?) how many calls do I need to make before someone makes this right? Josh hangs up on me. I call back - Marcus promises that HE is the supervisor, he will make this right... How? By sending ANOTHER repairman out. This refrigerator is TWO months old!!!
