Sells Fake Knock Off Items

I bought a Plantronics wireless headset from him from eBay. Got the item and guess what it didnt work. I called Plantronics up and they informed me that it was a cheap replica knock off. Filed a PayPal complaint and they told me to send it to some alley way in South San Fransicso. The thing is this person is registered in New York. So that means this seller falsified his PayPal information.
