Last week I contacted Sears Blue Crew re: broken part on snow thrower. Today, the tech showed up without the part and said no one told him what to bring. Had to order part and will have to return to fix. This in the middle of winter with snow predicted every day. AND I'm told to pay in advance for labor and part. Had three major purchases (refrigerator/dryer/windows) planned for this year. Think I'll call Sears? You've got to be joking.
