My Magicjack suddenly stopped working, and I found this "Beta" screen that was trying to sell me more services, so I thought my "year Of Service" included with my purchase was up, so I went to register for the new year. I laboriously typed in all my information - THAT THEY HAD ON HAND - and they tried to charge me over $41 for something that was supposed to cost less than $20. When I looked for a phone #, THERE WAS NONE. So I called The"live chat, " Itried to talk to "Amelia" and "Nancy, " and they both broke the connection without responding to the problem. Magicjack sucks; they have terrible customer service.
