My 5 year MagicJack service was cut-off 1 year after making a payment of $117.79 to MagicJack. I'm in Florida and I started this service June. June my service was stopped stating I paid for a 1 year service of $39.95. I pulled all my receipts and checked to make sure I was charged and paid $117.79. I tried to reach their online live help and an automated message kept popping up with no live chat attendant. I believe as I had suspected that this business is a scam and has no real physical or personal entity or person to contact. It is a scam. Don't get ripped off!
