I ordered and payed for MagicJack device plus service for 2 years. After 1 year, service stopped. A message said my service had expired. I have e-mails to prove my payment and dates as well as service agreed to. I contacted Magicjack and was informed i needed to obtain and apply a code, which I have tried with no success. I am not getting a satisfactory reply after continuing to seek thier help.
