"What a lousy company!!! I made a deal with a relative about getting Direct TV. They had to charge me $19.95 for hardware they would use for equipment they needed to set up the equipment. The technician came out and decided we would not get a signal due to a tree in the way. I have tried since early August to get a refund for equipment I did not get. I am still trying to get a refund. When I call the Fargo office, the nice customer service representative says he will try to do what he can and promises to call me right back. He said he would call Direct TV. I'm still waiting for the first callback.
