We have used PODS twice in four years to move across the country. From SC to CA, and from CA to NY. Our initial experience was great, and our second experience was fantastic. Every time I call in to speak with someone I hang up with a smaile on my face. We have scheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled again, and have never been given a hard time. There was a huge scheduling mishap when we went to pick up our final items from the warehouse location (probably because we had rescheduled so many times.) Because of this, our POD was still locked in the warehouse—we had rented a u-haul, driven and hour and a half, and hired a babysitter, coming back another day was just NOT an option! The woman (Forgive me, I've lost her name) I spoke with at corporate sent an email to the local employees asking for a volunteer to return on a Saturday afternoon. Brandon came! On his day off, with his girfriend, in the middle of a date-he came back to help us out! This company is the only way to move!
