Direct tv has the worst customer service. I originally got direct tv in Dec. I was forced to miss work twice because the first technician they sent out installed the system wrong. It took three months to be credited for equipment they claimed I received which in reality I did not.
On two different occasions I (have been debited from my account twice in month for the same charges. No need to call customer service every person you reach tells you a different story so who knows when you get a refund. The worst part of it all is customer service reps are generally argumentative and one even told me well you are stuck for 2 years so get over it or you can BUY YOUR WAY OUT.
