I ordered a flower hamper on March 26th (order # 23838) for next delivery to my family for their event. The order has never been delivered. I cancelled my order via online. I'm waiting for the cancellation & plus my refund. I tried calling the phone number listed. The phone does not work and it not valid. I will never use INDIA PLAZA AGAIN. I hate it.
I have submitted a complaint with BBB here since I have not received any refund for my undelievered product.
