My home town superior, az 85273 is crying for help from politics and abusive government regulations that destroying our community-town. My house at 957 stone ave was razed with my personal belongings that are irreplacable not to mention the house my parents gave me.
I received two certificate of condemnation, in summer of 2008 and around the end of the year 2008 i have been arrested many times liter and weeds to writ, locked mailbox forcing me to go general delivery and not letting go back on property until months later, being served with criminal foricble detainer and not knowing the law besides the threat being arrested i left the premises to learn later that is a tool for property owners to evict tenants—iam the owner!
This is not to mention now they want me to pay for my house being torn down $24.000.00 or they will take whats left—my land, in which iam constantly being watched by police power, since the chief is the one giving tickets for weeds and liter. Also, not to mention that legal aid took my case and legal papers to defend me and few weeks later gave papers back and told me they could not defend me after all.
My papers from courts, town of superior especially, ms oliver, and other agencies, police department and town lawyer, who used the system in every way illegal and legal to get their way. Iam disabled and illerate, but with help from friends i have kept myself from blowing up.
Hopefully, you can help me, i have no other resource in helping me because white colored crime is taking over superior and i hope its not to late or superior will be razed like my house and this community needs to wake up before its to late!!!
