This company is impersonating a state government agency, although in the fine print they state they are not approved or endorsed by any government agency. They sent me a form regarding filing my annual business report as required by Colorado Statutes. Then demanded $225, and implied that they would file my annual report. Since I paid $10 last year, I checked and the fee is still $10 to file online. There is no approved method of filing this report by paper, and the due date was several months off.
