Signed up for service then cancelled before using as I then realized I had to pay $159.00 for access to the auction. I thought I could just browse the site to see if any products interested me. I couldn't get a refund right away. I had to download and fill out several pages, which I couldn't complete until I was able to get the information from my credit card statement. Then instructed to call the company two weeks after mailing in refund form (I sent certified mail) for them to let me know everything was correct with my request. When I called they did confirm I was eligible for a refund but I had to go back to their website and log on to live chat and they would finish the process. Just a real pia and no company should make the process of getting a refnd so time consumig and difficult. Just want people to be fully aware of the charge before signing up.
