This bogus penney auction site dupes you to join for 30 days free membership and then $ 11.95 per month thereafter, and then charges your credit card $ 159.00 with one minute. Frustrated customers call them back and are routed to some hard skin customer service reps that only pacify the callers and don't do anything.
Then with persistence they show a link to download a form to fill out, and snail mail back to them. The form is asking for up to 45 days length of time to process the refund and credit back the $159 to your account.
Horrible experience as I felt so used.
