I signed up for the "Home Cash Profits" program, and I thought everything was legitimate until "JetSet Futures" shows up on my credit card statement. Even though I contacted them by e-mail before the 14 day deadline for a full refund as they guaranteed. They replied by e-mail (the next day) saying that they couldn't except cancellations by e-mail and I had to call them or use the online chat to cancel. The timing for this was all in thier favor, because I live in California (three hours behind Florida time). By the time I get home from work, thier offices are already closed, and the online chat service simply sends them yet another e-mail. I could never get a real person on the chatline. So I had to wait until the next day which put me past the 14 day period to qualify for a refund, and they were quick to tell me that I no longer qualified for a refund. Even though they were fully aware my original request was made within the 14 day period, they would not refund my money because my request came by e-mail and not by phone. Very shady practice going on here. Thank goodness they only got me for $49.
