Deposit NOT Refunded after cancellation

Hi,

First the call quality was the worst of the calling cards I used.

It has been 2yrs since I last requested to refund my initial deposit of $40 which they promised to refund after cancellation and never got that.

I called many times and they say that the policy has changed and they no longer refunding.

I am posting this to warn other prospect customers of Union Telecom to be aware of this FRAUD!!!
