I have successfully been using the TAN TV for the past three years. I recently renewed our subscription for one year on 06/15/10 and paid #302.50 in full. We began having problems with our satellite system 07/26/10. On 07/28/10 my wife called and asked for a technician to be dispatched to troubleshoot and correct our satellite system. She was told at that time that since The Asia Network was being transitioned to Direct TV no technicians would be dispatched to correct this and that mail was being sent to outline our options.in the mailing we received the only option is to transition to Direct TV. This is not an a useful option for us and we requested by e-mail a refund for the services I have already paid for that they would not be supplying. I paid $302.50 for one year of services beginning on 06/15/10. My calculations show that I am entitled to a refund for services not rendered as follows:

Total of One Year of Tan TV Services - $302.50 ($0.83 per day) 40 Days of Tan TV Services Provided (06/16/10 – 07/25/10) - $33.20 Refund Due - $269.30

To date, two e-mails have been sent but gone unanswered.
