In July I also ordered Direct TV system through Satellite Systems Network. The instructions that I received is that in our first billing cycle, we would receive a voucher (form) that would need to be completed and sent in to claim our "promotional package". The form never arrived. We have contacted Direct TV who deferred me to contact Satellite Systems. Problem is, even Direct TV could not give me valid contact information. I have tried on several occasions to contact through the same phone number we used to order the system, and through Direct TV to no avail. With the information from the add, I sent copies of the add, our bill to Satellite Systems in August (within 30 days of activating Direct TV system) and I received no response to that mailing. I have tried two different phone numbers (found on this site) to contact Satellite Systems, but so far no avail. Direct TV's best advice is to try the web. UGGGH!
My advice - the add looks good but there is simply no evidence that Satellite Systems Network will make good on this deal. Better to use another company or contact Direct TV direct.in addition to Direct TV, I will be contacting the Attorney General. I recommend similar action.
