Doug you claim that the ERO had set the rebate fees under TRX fees and not disclose the info to the customers... Thats a complete lie because TRX sets the service bureau fees automatically in their system once you sign up with them and you can not alter it. If that is true how is it possible that all these complaints are coming from ERO who had $40 service bureau fees set up in their system instead of the usual $10, are you saying they all conspired to come up with this figure and if it was set by individula EROs why is the figure for 40 the same for everybody... You are such a pathological lier... The fact that that amount was not disclosed to customers is a lie again how do you know if the EROs were not disclosing it... TRX is only a software company you do not communicate with customers on these issues. If you are wrong just admit it... It will not help you or your customers to keep on blaming them on a problem that you caused.
