It is very disappointed with Airasia service. The officer dont even bother to reply my mails for my refund status and pretended nothing happens.
After a long effort which i have called up to air asia premium line which cost me RM 100 i still don even get back anything on the payment. Would it be my fault to pay more than i suppose due to AIR ASIA's SYSTEM ERROR and yet i cant get the refund back. Logically i think air asia has the high system where they have the security system to access on the passenger's list and one passenger would only able to book a ticket on the same flight at one time~ But wat happens to me was, i manage to book at least three tickets on the same flight and same time, wat would the explaination given from AIR ASIA: system error~ And the staff claimed that will refund for me on the excess of the fee with 30 to sixty working days. Well, as a small consumer like me only have the rights to WAIT ONLY. But the waiting period is more than a year And yet the GOOD staff do not even bother to reply my email~ Since there, im still thinking is AIRASIA really a realiable travel agency? Or it is a big shark which tried to gain excess money through the system error problem? And wat did the accounting team doing? They unable to trace a duplicate ticket for a year with my credit card statement as supportings?
