For the past year, lowestcosthost.com has provided the worst online service possible. To have a website requires a certain amount of uptime. Their server has been been down continuously the past year. Half the time, customer service doesn't answer service tickets. Many times, they are just answered with simple apologies. There have been many complaints by other customers on their online forums... Messages that are conveniently deleted by the administrator.

Without even asking for a refund for the past year's problems, I recently attempted to cancel their service when my year agreement was up. They sent me an email with a date to renew. I cancelled my subscription the day before the date they stated in the email for renewal. But they still charged my PayPal account for services I am not currently using.

They now refuse to reply to my requests for a refund, and have even banned me from their user forums (a part of their service) for telling the truth of their bad business practices.
