I purchased Satellite PC Pro and was not completely satisfied. I requested a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. Since they provide no telephone contact information I sent a e-mail requesting a refund. I have sent the e-mail request numerous times for over 40 days now to both customer service and the refund dept e-mail I was provided. No refund has been provided and they don’t even reply to my e-mails any more. Their guarantee appears to be a scam. Thanks
