I asked for a virginmobile prepay. When i got home, it was for verizon. I do not have a verizon phone at all, never have had one. I"ve had virginmobile for 3 to 4 years. So why would I ask for verison. Tried to get refund at store #29. Left a very brief message to district manager, no responce. Very brief message to district mangers boss. No responce. The lady at #18003334645 said she E-mailed both of these people. No response. I need My Money to Apply to Virgin Mobile. This is the only phone I have. Time is abount up for this phone. Need it for job contacts, & moore, like yesterday. 3 1/4 miles away from me. Contacted Verizon, they don't care. PLeas make this wrong, a right.
