Horrible Network Lost all my Contacts and Saves Messages! Ripoff W District of Columbia

Verizon Wireless! With Customers 49.3 Million
Employees 52,000 Annual Revenue $27.7 Billion

I guess each individual one is not that important. I am a small bussiness owner and had all of my clients and personal contacts saved on my phone not to mention a ton of saved messages with important information and contacts saved in my message center, which were all lost by "accident" by Verizon on two different occasions.

All they could say was "sorry" it was a mistake.

A very costly one for me, however as they stated it was my problem.

I hope this never happens to anyone else.

I am sick to my stomach over this.
