I bought this treadmill from Sears, thinking Nordic Track treadmill should be a good treadmill. Boy was I wrong. It has been one problem after another. I will never buy another fitness machine with the name Nordic Track on it or uses UTS for their warranty services. Not only has it been a piece of junk... But the service stinks too. It takes way too long to get it repaired everytime something goes wrong with it. I hate to have to call... Everytime I call I have to wait at least 30 minutes to talk with somebody. Never again will i buy a nordic track peice of equipment
