Terrible start - Nordic Track Treadmill

I'm trying to get some information to fix my broken Nordic Trak treadmill.

On their website there is no working link to the user manuals — you click on it and it just spins away.

I've tried calling the 800 number and there is such a backlog that you have to hang up and wait for a call back. No estimate is given as to how long this might be.
