Initially purchased an A2105 from Sears partly because of the Nordic Track reputation (gleaned from a significant amount of Internet research on their products) and partly because of the sale (20% off) at the time. Within three months the digital display completely failed, couldnt even turn the machine on. After a very frustrating repetitive series of a dozen calls to the Customer Service department, I basically had to threaten a 14 year old sounding CSR to get a replacement display. After installing the display myself and re-calibrating the machine myself (??), I was able to use the treadmill again for another two months, and the display (the replacement part) failed again. Fed up with Nordic track, I attempted to return the unit to the seller, Sears, who refused to take it. Nordic track at that time - yet another wasted phone call with a CSR - told me that since they had already replaced the display once, the next replacement was at my cost - another $200 out of my pocket - since the "installation was obviously done wrong (!!), and that they did not "accept returns of merchandise sold elsewhere". I have decided to do everything in my power to communicate my frustration to all of my gym-rat friends to make sure people know Nordic Track doesnt stand behind their products, treats their customers like second class citizens, and only cares about getting your money -after they get your money, you are on your own.in my opinion, Nordic Track should take this treadmill back and refund my money. I will never buy anything from Nordic Track again, and I strongly recommend other people avoid their products as well.
