On 6/21/06 a refrigerator repair person from Watkins Appliance "repaired" my refrigerator by replacing the fan motor. Later that day, I noticed that the top portion of the refrigerator was dethawing and the bottom was freezing and bursting everything in the bottom of my refrigerator including cold drinks, water, etc. The next day and everyday thru 06/27/06 I called Watkins back to inform them of the problem and they said THE technician would give me a call back. Finally, on 6/29/06 I had to call another company in order to fix the problem correctly. The repair man put in new new / correct fan motor and stated that the motor that Watkins put in was the wrong motor with reverse polarity, hence, the air in the refrigerator was circulating the wrong direction causing the problem. Again, I called Watkins and alerted them of the problem and asked for a refund as well as asked them to come pick up the wrong motor they installed, neither of which has happened to this date.
