IC Systems has been contacting us on a daily basis, even on Saturdays at 8:15 am every morning for the past month.
This debt belongs to our son, it is not our debt, we did not co-sign on a loan, he did live here at the time he bought the motorcycle, it was repossed and our nightmare of phone calls from IC Systems started.
I got on the phone and told them that it was harrasement and the debt was not ours and to not call anymore. Well... They are still calling, is there any type of legal action I can take against this company?
