NCO Financial Systems is a debt collection agency.in the last year I have been called by this company at least 2 to 3 times per day. This includes day and night. I received a call on christmas 2007! They have been notified in writing by certified mail to stop the harrassment and do not call me again.
This has not deterred them. They are still calling me every day leaving messages and also just calling and hanging up. This is meant to intimidate the consumer. I want everyone to know that this company uses scare tactics and what ever method they think might work to collect a debt.
I would probably feel different if I did owe this debt. I do not owe any company money. They have been told this and yet they continue. What can I do? I am living a telephone harrassment nightmare.
