Out of nowhere I received a collections letter from NCO Financial Systems Inc. I have never heard of them until I searched the Internet and found usacomplaints.com. They want me to pay on a past debt to Paypal that I do not owe and have never heard of. I have followed the instructions of others on this site and reported them to the FTC and demanded them to not call as well as provide proof of my debt by signature. If anyone have any other suggestions, I would appreciate it. Thanks and watch out for this "company."
